Huckleberry Pear Acai by Pachamama eJuice Review - eJuice.Deals

Huckleberry Pear Acai by Pachamama eJuice Review

It’s time for another e-liquid review, this time of Huckleberry Pear Acai by Pachamama! Loosely translated, Pachamama means “Earth Mother,” which is very fitting since the entire Pachamama line features fresh and flavorful fruits! For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of tasting a fresh huckleberry, it’s very similar to a blueberry. And even though the acai berry has exploded in popularity, I still have no idea how to properly pronounce it! Nevertheless, today we’ll try out this vape juice and see if this fruity e-liquid flavor is on point with all the hype!

THE UNBOXING

Huckleberry Pear Acai is one of eight e-liquids from the Pachamama family. Pachamama is a subsidiary of the famous Charlie’s Chalk Dust. All of Pachamama's e-liquids are available in 60mL bottles, with each e-liquid made up of a trio of different flavors, but for now, let's focus on the e-liquid at hand. First, we’ll go over the actual packaging and make our way through the review to the actual taste test. Let’s begin!

The 60mL clear plastic bottle came in a slim cardboard box. I loved the calming colors on both the box and the label: a soothing dark blue that faded into a peaceful yellow. The label had the Pachamama logo placed at the top of the label, along with the e-liquid name (which coincidentally is also the fruit flavors). The bottle size (60mL) and nicotine content (3mg/mL) were located right next to the flavor name. There is a picture of a bartlett pear and a handful of both berry types located just above the nicotine warning on the label. On the right side of the label, you can read the various warnings, the ingredient list, company headquarters, and the e-liquids 70/30 VG/PG ratio. On the left side of the label, you can view more warnings and get information for the poison control if the product comes into contact with your skin or is ingested. On the bottom of the bottle, you can view the e-liquid batch number and the expiration date.

The entire label was professionally designed and left just enough room between the dges to allow you to see how much e-liquid remained in the bottle. On the official Pachamama website, I wasn’t able to find a retail price for direct website purchase. However, you can get all of the Pachamama e-liquids from our site for only $9.99, as well as many of Pachamama’s nic-salt options. Now that we’ve gone over the unboxing information, let’s jump right into the fillup section of the review!

THE FILL UP

One of the first things I noticed about this particular e-liquid was its consistency. Usually the e-liquids that I review are clear and somewhat watery. However, this e-liquid was murky and had a sludgy consistency that I usually only see in dessert vape juices. Try as I might, I couldn’t see through the yellow liquid no matter how hard I squinted. Maybe this was due to the 3mg of nicotine, but the vape juice was room temperature and remained the same consistency before and after shaking, so I know this was the true consistency. This is pretty unusual, and I’ll see if this affects the coil over time, but it’s definitely worth making note of before we get to the taste test.

The 60mL bottle was securely sealed with a plastic cap that was childproof, yet easy for me to remove. Using the slim fill-tip, it literally took me about five seconds to fill up my tank. I noted that the e-liquid flowed smoothly into the tank and didn’t make any mess once I was finished. I held the bottle to my nostrils and inhaled deeply to see how the e-liquid smelled. There was a thick and cloying scent that was definitely fruity, but I couldn’t pick out any one scent over the next. I definitely smelled berries mingled with pear, but it was similar to the thick scent of berry-scented lotion. I was pleased with the scent and looked forward to taking my first puff. Without further ado, let’s head to the taste test!

THE TASTE TEST

With a name like Huckleberry Pear Acai, you really don’t need a better description. Pachamama is famous for being succinct with all of their descriptions, and I was glad to know what to expect. My first hit of the e-liquid was an overwhelming rush of fruit. The inhale had a light berry flavor, but the exhale was truly the best part of the vape experience. A ripe and sweet taste of pear washed over my taste buds, mingled with a slight hint of blueberries (I should say huckleberries, but you know what I mean). I’ve had acai berries before in chocolate candies and other fruit combinations, but this was my first time trying it in a vape juice. I heartily enjoyed the refreshing fruit flavor and kept returning for more.

The vapor flavor had a very pure and clean fruit flavor that doesn’t taste artificial or fake like many of the fruit flavors I’ve tried. I will say that the throat hit from the nicotine is strong and I didn’t need more than a single puff to satisfy my nicotine cravings. But the flavor is so refreshingly fruity that I kept wanting to chain vape to keep that fruit flavor on my tongue. Even the clouds were pleasant to re-inhale, with a smooth berry and pear scent heavily present. I was very impressed with this e-liquid and filled up my tank twice more just for the ripe pear and sweet berry flavor in every puff.

FINAL THOUGHTS

This is hands-down one of the best fruit flavors I’ve tried. The perfect combination of the acai and huckleberry with the pear was honestly addicting. I tried this on a brand new coil, and even the flavor from breaking in the coil was a delight. This was astonishing to me, as usually the first tankful on a new coil is terrible and takes a while to get used to. I can easily see myself vaping this e-liquid until the entire bottle is gone, so this was definitely an all-day vape juice flavor.

My only complaint is that the e-liquid consistency was a bit odd and made me concerned for the long-term effects to my coil. But the purity of the flavor is one that I rarely find and highly enjoyed. For those reasons, I rate this e-liquid as a 9. You may feel differently about this e-liquid if you’re not that fond of pear or berry flavors, but with so few good pear e-juices on the market, I was impressed with the spot-on pear taste. And the inclusion of two very rare berry flavors made this somewhat of an exotic vape juice taste to me that I very much hope you’ll try.
